HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK? WHY DO SOME ITEMS TAKE LONGER THAN OTHERS?

Astrology By Melody  partners with some international merchants and artisans in order to provide you with unique items at the best possible prices. 

This means that some of our items are being shipping to you from our international warehouses in Asia and Europe and can sometimes take anywhere from 12-40 days  to arrive to you.  Please do not panic as this is normal for some items.  We want to provide you with a wide array of diverse items that span the globe. 

**The Item Guarantee Period lasts 45 business days and the buyer is eligible for a reshipment of the order made should they have yet to receive anything by then.

Your items are delivered by our fulfillment center and will usually reach you via your local postal service in your location.

Items are delivered depending on the local postal system and are usually during business hours. (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm)

Not to worry, most of our items will be left in your postbox if they are small enough and if the postman does not have access to your postbox, it will usually be left at your local post office for you to pick up!

We currently ship from our warehouses and suppliers from Asia, Canada, and Europe, hence why sometimes our items take a little longer to reach you!  this is also why we are able to offer free shipping to compensate for often longer delivery times.
