Refunds

**********11/1/21- Effective immediately, there will be no refunds or exchanges on any clothing, jewelry, or physical/tangible items due to difficulties in logistics at this time. In exchange for refunds, you will be offered your choice of an equal or close valued astrological or metaphysical reading, e-books, and/or masterclass (all electronic services). We apologize for the inconvenience and do guarantee to compensate you with another one of our services that will be of equal or close value to the clothing item. Thank you for bearing with us in these unprecedented times.

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with your order, you can contact us by email or our contact page and request a refund. 

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time(45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you do not want the product you’ve receive you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused and in the original packaging. 

• Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
• Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Astrology By Melody (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
• Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of astrologybymelody.com

*You can submit refund requests within 3 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.   

Please note: There are NO refunds or returns on Swim wear. 

Refunds for Astrological & other Metaphysical Readings:

There are no refunds or returns on Astrological Birth Chart Readings or any of the other various readings listed under the "Astrological Birth Chart & other Metaphysical Readings" Collection (whether readings are done by email, chat, or zoom calls/audio) on the website (astrologybymelody).  These readings are for entertainment purposes only. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a reading or have Parent/Guardians purchase the reading for you granting their full permissions. 

If you find that you submitted dates with errors (such as birth date and time), and have to ask for a re-do on a reading,  this is treated as a whole new reading so it would be subject to the original fee of the reading. 

All Masterclasses and Astrological & Metaphysical Courses are also NON Refundable.

Email Readings and Email Delivery Methods:

There an always be some issues in the electronic world of delivery every once and a while. Astrology by Melody delivers many different types of Astrological and Metaphysical Readings and Master class materials by email. These can be but not limited to: PDF files, .doc files, audio files such as .mp3, PowerPoint files such as .ppt, and video files such as .mp4s.  Astrology by Melody is not responsible for any errors in email addresses given, emails that do not get delivered, or email errors with regards to astrological and metaphysical readings that are sent in these file formats within the body of the email and/or  as attachments.  Astrology by Melody sends the readings to the email you provide and can send multiple emails as long as you provide multiple email addresses. There are no refunds given for emails that were not received when there is a time stamp on the email that was sent from Astrology by Melody. If you experience a problem with not receiving an email, Astrology by Melody will work with you to remedy the problem, such as sending the deliverables again to another working email address you provide. However, there will be no refunds for time stamped emails that were sent out. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask.

Comprehension of Astrological & Metaphysical Readings and Masterclasses:

Once you purchase a Reading or Masterclass, it is not the responsibility of Astrology by Melody to ensure you comprehend the entire contents of the reading or masterclass. Astrology by Melody can help you at an additional cost if you need further consultation, education, and/or enlightenment regarding the contents of the reading or masterclass in question. There are no refunded issued for a lack of comprehension of the subject matter or content of any reading and/or masterclass.

All masterclasses vary in terms of accompanying materials. For example, some classes may have audio tracks, while others do not. Some classes may have Powerpoints and others may not. Each class is designed in its own unique and specific way. 

Exchanges

There are no exchanges. If you are unsatisfied with a product, we can offer you an astrological or metaphysical reading or masterclass for an equal value.
