Turn around Time for Astrological & Metaphysical Readings

Order turn around time goes by our current number of orders/workload. Turn around times can change and vary. We strive to deliver as timely as possible, but with also allowing enough time to be adequately spent on each individualized reading. 

 

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK? WHY DO SOME ITEMS TAKE LONGER THAN OTHERS?

**********11/1/21- Effective immediately, there will be no refunds or exchanges on any clothing, jewelry, or physical/tangible items due to difficulties in logistics at this time. In exchange for refunds, you will be offered your choice of an equal or close valued astrological or metaphysical reading, e-books, and/or masterclass (all electronic services). We apologize for the inconvenience and do guarantee to compensate you with another one of our services that will be of equal or close value to the clothing item. Thank you for bearing with us in these unprecedented times.

Astrology By Melody  partners with some international merchants and artisans in order to provide you with unique items at the best possible prices. 

This means that some of our items are being shipping to you from our international warehouses and can sometimes take 3-6 weeks (sometimes up to 45 days)  to arrive to you.  Please do not panic as this is normal for some items.  We want to provide you with a wide array of diverse items that span the globe. 

WHAT IF I WANT TO MAKE A RETURN?

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time(45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you do not want the product you’ve receive you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused and in original packaging. 

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of astrologybymelody.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of astrologybymelody.com

*You can submit refund requests within 3 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 14 days.

All Swimwear is non-returnable and non-refundable. 

Astrological & Metaphysical Readings are all non-refundable. 

 

What is Buyer Protection?

Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.

You are protected when:

  • The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
  • The item you received was not as described.
  • The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake.
